How to Use the NAA Solution
To prepare tissue culture media with PCTโs NAA solution, follow these steps:

The first step is to prepare the liquid tissue culture medium using PCTโs MS, DKW, or another appropriate formulation for your plant species.

Add sugar according to the media volume (typically 30 grams per litre), 1 ml/L of PPM, and either 3โ4 g/L of gellan gum or 6โ8 g/L of agar.

Add the desired amount of NAA solution.

Autoclave the media at 121ยฐC and 15 psi for 20 minutes.

Your culture media is now ready for use!
