Instructions for Use

1. Clean the mold using isopropyl alcohol or warm soapy water.
2. Populate the mold with our growth medium—approximately 780g of a sawdust and bran mixture or 710g of hemp hurd, or use your preferred growth medium.
3. Cover it with cling film, ensuring to puncture some holes for ventilation.
4. Place in a warm area to promote growth.

Mycelium forms are naturally grown, not machine-made, so slight imperfections or variations in texture and shape are to be expected.
