Description
Easy to mix recipe as the Potato and Dextrose and agar has been mixed together and made into Granules. All you have to do is mix 19. gms per 500ml of water.
Instruction:
Add 19.5gms Granulated agar premix into 500ml of water on a stove, bring to boil, add to the boiled mix to a reagent bottle and sterelize for 45 minutes.
Cool down the mix to around 50°C before pouring into sterile petri dish in front of Laminar flowhood or Still Air Box(SAB).
