Instructions for Use

1. Clean the mold using isopropyl alcohol or warm soapy water.
2. Fill the mold with our growth medium, using about 870g of a sawdust and bran blend or 800g of hemp hurd, or select your preferred growth medium.
3. Seal it with cling film, punched with ventilation holes.
4. Place in a warm area to encourage growth.

Mycelium forms are naturally grown, not machine-made, so slight imperfections or variations in texture and shape are to be expected.
